Coated fabric

In the textile industry, lamination and coating processes are used to develop fabrics with finishes that enhance their specific technical properties and functional characteristics.

Coated fabrics are manufactured from a flame-resistant base fabric to which a polymer coating is applied in liquid form, either directly or by transfer, on one or both sides. This process enhances the fabric’s technical properties, providing advanced performance characteristics specifically designed for industrial and high-performance applications.

At Marina Textil, we offer a range of coated fabrics designed to withstand high temperatures, manufactured with mineral fibres and developed for industrial applications.

Through these processes, we customise and engineer the most suitable solution for each application, offering different options to optimise waterproofness, high-temperature resistance, protection against molten metal splashes and performance in extreme welding environments.
